GQ in the US are selling a monthly Iphone app version of the mag for $2.99…. sold 12,000 of them last month, not exactly bank breaking but interesting new move for cash-struck publishers.

there’s an increasing number of developers getting excited about the capabilities of HTML5 and CSS3, the need for which which will fly over the heads of most marketeers. Three things i’ve spotted in recent weeks.

1. announces the trial of html 5 for their videos (rather than flash… it works great in Chrome already)
2. This guy has shown dedication to the cause and re-created the star wars opening crawl using advanced CSS & HTML techniques without flash
3. This amazing interactive experience by 9Elements which is worth watching with your speakers on.

It’s as I’ve suspected for some time. this clever viral gets you to answer trivial pursuit questions and in doing so help answer the eternal question “are men more intelligent than women?”. Read it and weep ladies, read it and weep.
