Last night the wife was out, so I got to spend a couple of hours geeking out with Prezi. I was shown this at a meeting the other day and was initially really impressed.

It’s can be difficult to establish a point of difference when doing creds, and if you’re the last in a long line of agencies to meet a client, having a presentation that really stands out can make a huge difference. Of course great content & delivery remain the most important factors, but it never hurts to think of additional ways to stand out.

So Prezi is a really clever, visual way of showing presentations, allowing you to incorporate images, videos and text seamlessly, whilst showing it all with a really clever flash user interface. It’s difficult to describe, so instead, check out the Prezi below. It’s not one of mine, but not only is it a great demo, it’s also really useful information!

In my two hours of geeking I was able to create a usable presentation and master most of the tools. Have a play and let me know what you think.

Thrilled to hear that you were quickly able to get up and running and have a usable presentation! Have you tried the reuse feature? Never have to create a presentation from scratch again. :-)

Hey Angelie, good social media monitoring (and great job title!). I’ve not yet had a go with the re-use feature, but will do now. Whilst you’re here, got a couple of quick questions..

    1. how do you change the font colours for your text during the presentation creation?

    2. is there a way of fixing your presentation so that it launches in full screen mode when downloaded?

    thanks for stopping by!
